In bluewolf I have started as senior developer. My main project was Salesforce implementation for client LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE. Their Salesforce org has over 1500 user licenses. My tasks were:

• Resolving technical issues with the Support team (Salesforce Service Cloud+ Trello for task management)
• Providing technical consultation to the client regarding new requirements (daily emails and calls with client and other teams)
• Analysis and User Stories estimations, solution design (Salesforce Agile Accelerator for sprints and user stories management)
• Development of custom applications in lightning framework
• Automatization using scheduled jobs and batches
• Refactoring and optimization of legacy code (300+ Apex Classes)
• Integration with 3rd party systems – SharinPix, QlikSense, SAP using REST API
• Deployment to production and management of sandbox dev orgs.

As our development team grew, I have been assigned as Team Leader for team of 4 developers. I have been providing them with mentoring and coaching in technical skills as well as day to day organizational tasks resolution.

I also took active role in promoting our company. One of my greatest achievements in this area was a lecture for students in Czech Technical University about the capabilities and practical usage of Salesforce to raise awareness of Salesforce platform among young students. Part of the lecture was for example Salesforce Einstein AI demonstration.

Apart from my main project I have been always available to all my colleagues for assistance of any kind. Usually best practices sharing, helping our Salesforce consultants and admins with more technical tasks.

Unighters is company started by me and other 2 friends. Our main project is Broaddy (https://broaddy.com). Broaddy is multi-tenant SaaS information system for facilitating so called “Buddy program” at any university.

My position is main developer and architect. The whole system was designed and implemented from scratch, where the first version was released in 2015. Currently the system has over 24 000 users and is used by 33 universities across 16 European countries including Russia.

My tasks are:

• Implementing and maintenance of new and existing features
• Design, security and maintenance of the server infrastructure.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and other EU and Czech legislation regulations.
• Performance optimization of database queries and servers
• Automatization of SSL certificates deployment through Let’s encrypt CA

• https://exchange.studyinenglish.cz - system for management of international students at CULS (Czech University of Life Sciences) and enrolling university courses for international students. The whole system was designed and developed by me. Currently I am maintaining it.
• http://vcelstva.czu.cz - Part time job from my University faculty of Economics and Management. My role was developer of some of the basic functionality as registration, management of items etc.
• http://senosec.czu.cz - Part time job from my University faculty of Economics and Management. I have implemented 5 star rating for the system users.
